You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund if the products have a verified quality issue.

Once the returned goods arrive at our facility, the return and refund process typically takes approximately 5 working days. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider used (for example, PayPal or a credit card issuer).

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging

  • All original boxes must be intact

  • The return must include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials originally provided with the product

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Before returning any item, you must contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be refunded

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • This includes all export taxes, import duties, and related fees

  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable

 

Refund Amount

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • The refund amount will not exceed the original order amount paid to Tailor Displays

  • We are not responsible for bank fees, currency exchange fees, or other charges applied by your bank or payment provider

  • Such fees are determined by the issuing bank and cannot be refunded by Tailor Displays
